WWW.DEADLINE.COM - EXCLUSIVE: Jennifer Lawrencehas been tapped to star opposite Christian Bale, Bradley Cooper, Amy Adams and Jeremy Renner in the David O Russell pic formerly known as American Bullshit, the drama written by Eric Singer and Russell about the ’70s FBI sting operation Abscam that took down a bunch of U.S. congressmen. That puts Lawrence back in business with Russell and Cooper, her cohorts on The Weinstein Company’s Silver Linings Playbook that landed them all Oscar nominations; she already has won the SAG Award and a Golden Globe for the role. She will play Bale’s wife in the Abscam movie, which is being produced by Charles Roven and Richard Suckle through Atlas Entertainment, which developed the film at Sony Pictures. The ensemble is being fully financed by Megan Ellison’s Annapurna Pictures. Ellison also is producing and has been developing the script.

WWW.INSIDEMOVIES.EW.COM – In this week’s cover story, newly-minted Golden Globe best actress winner for Silver Linings Playbook Jennifer Lawrence told EW that her publicist recently turned down an offer for the 22-year-old to appear on Inside the Actors Studio.

“Do you know how much that guy would hate me?” she said with her goofy chuckle about professorial host James Lipton. ‘’Tell me about your method?’ There is no method! I never know my lines! He would be horrified.” Besides, said Lawrence, surely that hot seat is meant for folks with a longer resume to show for themselves than hers. “I love that show but I’m not old enough. I’m not at a place yet where I can look back and think ‘Oh this how I….’ I’m not ready. And, please, I’m an animal.”

There is a certain charming lack of domestication when it comes to Lawrence’s humor. At a certain point during the interview a noxious smell wafted through the Trump Waikiki balcony lounge bar. “I assume you think it was me but I swear it wasn’t,” she said. She paused for a second and looked at me with a serious expression while she slowly lifted her leg up from the banquette and pretended to fart. “I know, I’m terrible,” she said. “Oh, this is something my brothers did growing up that now the boys at work [her Catching Fire co-stars Josh Hutcherson and Sam Claflin] have picked up and are obsessed with. You cup [your fart] and then you throw it in someone’s face and say ‘Take a bite out of that cheeseburger.’”

WWW.TVGUIDE.COM – Jennifer Lawrence , the world’s most desirable woman, has a confession to make: she loves junk food.

“At the end of the day there’s probably nothing that makes me feel better than junk food and reality TV,” the Oscar-nominated actress tells the South African version of Marie Claire.

In fact, the Hunger Games star describes her Los Angeles apartment as “a reality TV show cave.”

Citing Dance Moms and Keeping Up with the Kardashians as two of her favorites, she tells the magazine: “I don’t like going out that much. I’m kind of an old lady. After it’s 11, I’m like, ‘Don’t these kids ever get tired?’ When I’m out, I think about my couch. Like, ‘It would be awesome to be on it right now. I bet there’s an episode of Dance Momson.”

Elsewhere in the interview, which appears in the magazine’s January 2013 issue, Lawrence says red carpet events make her uncomfortable because she hates wearing high heels and “I don’t like people shouting at me, and that’s pretty much all it is. Just screaming.”

She’d better get used to it though: She was recently nominated for a Golden Globe award for her role in Silver Linings Playbook, and there’s speculation that she may rack up another Academy Award nod as well.

Filmdom’s Katniss Everdeen akaJennifer Lawrence will host the first Saturday Night Live of 2013, to air Jan. 19.

Lawrence’s gig was announced during this weekend’s SNL Christmas episode, which opened with the Manhattan Children’s Chorussinging “Silent Night” in remembrance of those who died in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting… and also found Samuel L. Jacksonblurting (most of) the F-word during a cameo in a “What’s Up With That?” sketch. (Kenan Thompson lightly scolded the film star, saying, “C’mon…. That costs money!”)

Joining Lawrence, a Studio 8H first-timer, as musical guest will be the American folk rock band The Lumineers.

“I had no idea [the Golden Globes nominations were Thursday],” Lawrence told MTV News during an exclusive interview from the set of”The Hunger Games: Catching Fire,” the next chapter in the saga of reluctant rebel leader Katniss Everdeen. “My agent called me at 5:30 and I thought the set of my movie had burned down, or Josh [Hutcherson] had died or something. I didn’t realize! I was so tired!”

The Hunger Games actress was voted 2013′s “Most Desirable Woman” in AskMen’s annual poll.

Lawrence, 22, who currently stars as a sex-obsessed widow opposite Bradley Cooper in the acclaimed Silver Linings Playbook, topped the list of 99 women after landing in No. 47 last year.

“Overall, there’s a sense that she’s a little more authentic than other actors,” James Bassil, editor-in-chief of AskMen, told Reuters Tuesday. “She’s fresh because we haven’t seen her all over the gossip pages for the past three or four years.”

Directly behind Lawrence on the “most desirable” list is actress (and Ashton Kutcher’s girlfriend) Mila Kunis, model Kate Upton, singer Rihanna and actress Emma Stone in fifth.

And far behind those ladies was reality starlet Kim Kardashian, fell 90 places this year. She was No. 8 last year, but just barely made the 2013 list at No. 98.

Basil explained, “Kim Kardashian is petering off and basically dropping off the list at this point even as she’s become more visible.”

According to JustJared Jennifer will officially return in the next “X-Men” movie:

Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender, James McAvoy, andNicholas Hoult will return to reprise their roles in X-Men: Days of Future Past!

The news was tweeted by directorBryan Singer, who helmed the first twoX-Men movies and is returning to the series with the upcoming installment.

It was also revealed that Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen will be returning to X-Men to reprise their roles of Professor X and Magneto, respectively. James plays the young version of Professor X while Michaelplays the young version of Magneto.

“The movie is called X-Men: Days Of Future Past, use your imagination,”Bryan told Deadline of having Patrick and Ian play their characters in the film alongside the young counterparts.
